When we took over Ciao Bella, we fell for what was already here: proper Italian cooking, a few Turkish favourites like pide and baklava, and regulars who knew each other by name.

So we kept the recipes and the homemade cannoli, and added what we care about most: really good coffee, every single cup.

That’s the fusion in Ciao Bella Fusion. It’s an Italian kitchen with a few Turkish classics, run by a family that treats every customer like a guest at home.
